Carbon fiber rod breakthrough in the whole well anti-corrosion process

The scientific research personnel of the Mining Machinery Institute of Shengli Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute completed the on-site test of the carbon steel pump under the full-scale anti-corrosion process in the well of GO8-23-2013 in Gudong Oil Production Plant, marking a breakthrough in the carbon fiber research project of Shengli Oilfield.

The carbon fiber continuous sucker rod is light, high-strength and corrosion-resistant. It is especially suitable for oil well lifting. It has the advantages of energy-saving, deep extraction and extended pump cycle, but the carbon rod is used in the previous pump column. The combination of the steel rods, so the corrosion of the steel rod parts is still difficult to solve. The researcher studied the carbon rod pump to increase the whole well anti-corrosion process by pumping the weight, and the steel weighting rod was lowered into the lower part of the pump, so that the pump rods were all carbon fiber sucker rods, completely realized. The whole well of the pump is protected from corrosion. At the same time, since the pump has a downward feedback force and is used together with the weighting rod, the problem that the carbon fiber sucker rod is pressed can be effectively avoided.
